The AnyAPI plugin is designed to seamlessly export your WooCommerce order information to any external service via its REST API – Order Data to API. This automation ensures that your critical purchase data is immediately synchronized with your other business systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or inventory management software.
To begin the actual configuration of the API endpoint, please follow our Quick Setup Guide which details the process of adding an API URL and selecting triggers.
If you need more control over the specific fields included in the JSON payload, you can learn about controlling the size and scope of your JSON data using our JSON Filter Modes.
By enabling this integration, AnyAPI automatically packages the necessary WooCommerce order data and sends it as a structured JSON payload to your designated API endpoint. The system is triggered by specific order status changes (which you define in the setup), guaranteeing real-time updates.

Toggle the status to On and press Save button.

Once the integration is active, always monitor the connection status and review any transfer errors by referring to the API Integration Logs documentation.
