Effective date: 30 Sep 2026
These terms of service govern your use of the AnyAPI plugins, the anyapiplugin.com website, and the AnyAPI remote connection service. By installing AnyAPI, buying a license, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AnyAPI.
In short, we collect only what we need to sell licenses, support you, and connect your store to Google when you ask us to. Your WooCommerce order data never passes through our servers.
AnyAPI is a product of GO4WEB, a business registered in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). In these terms, “you” means the person or business that uses AnyAPI.
AnyAPI Starter is free. We distribute it through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). As a result, the GPL governs your rights to the Starter code, and these terms cover only our services around it.
AnyAPI Lite is a paid plugin that runs alongside Starter and unlocks extra features. The Lite code is also licensed under the GPLv2+. However, your purchase gives you a license key, and the key is what these terms govern. Specifically, an active license key gives you:
Each license lasts one year from the purchase date. If you need AnyAPI on several sites, please contact us for a multi-site quote.
You can move your license to a different domain. To do so, deactivate it on the old site first, and then activate it on the new one. If you get stuck, email us and we will help.
We list current prices on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. However, your bank may add currency conversion charges.
Your license does not renew automatically. Before it expires, we will email you a renewal link. If you do not renew, your license simply ends at the end of the paid year.
When a license expires, nothing on your site breaks. Instead, AnyAPI falls back to Starter features. In particular, your integrations and API keys stay in place, and the Lite features unlock again as soon as you renew.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. This applies to your first purchase and to every renewal, counted from the payment date.
To request a refund, email support@anyapiplugin.com with your order number within 14 days. We will then refund the full amount to your original payment method.
When we issue a refund, we deactivate the license key. Consequently, your site falls back to Starter features, although your settings stay intact.
After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if AnyAPI cannot work for you because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will review your case individually.
Some AnyAPI features connect your site to your Google account. To make this work, we run a service called AnyAPI remote at anyapiplugin.com. It completes the Google sign-in for your site and refreshes your access when needed. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data it handles.
Please note the following:
When you use AnyAPI, you agree to:
Also note that you choose where your integrations send order data. For that reason, you are responsible for that data once it reaches those third-party services.
We may suspend or cancel a license if you seriously breach these terms, for example by sharing license keys publicly or abusing our servers. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You can stop using AnyAPI at any time. To do so, simply deactivate and delete the plugins.
We build AnyAPI carefully and test every release. However, we provide AnyAPI “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will suit every purpose.
In practice, you should test your integrations and keep your own backups of important data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost data. Furthermore, our total liability for any claim about AnyAPI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms of service from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Moreover, if a change significantly affects your rights, we will email active license holders before it takes effect.
The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region govern these terms. Accordingly, the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, however, we encourage you to contact us first, because most problems have a quick solution.
If you have any questions about these terms of service, email support@anyapiplugin.com. For more help, you can also browse the AnyAPI documentation.
